Agreement

StartupsMRR is operated by Tarun Kumar, an individual based in India. Using the service means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

The service is in an invited beta. It may change, pause, or be withdrawn, and it is provided without any guarantee of availability.

What the service does

StartupsMRR publishes a ranking of startups whose recurring revenue has been read directly from a connected payment provider. A listing appears publicly only after its listing content is approved, domain ownership is verified, a live provider connection is established, and a current revenue reading exists.

A Market Momentum Rating is a calculated figure derived from verified inputs using a published, versioned method. It is not a valuation, an audit, investment advice, or a recommendation, and nothing on this service should be relied upon as any of those.

A verified revenue record is a founder-controlled bearer link that re-reads current verified data. It attests to what a connected payment provider reported and to the continuity of StartupsMRR readings. It is not an audit, a valuation, investment advice, evidence of future revenue, or proof that the provider account belongs to the legal entity you are dealing with.

Your responsibilities

• Submit only a startup you own or are authorised to represent.
• Provide accurate listing information and connect only your own payment provider account.
• Use a restricted, read-only provider key. Never share a full secret key with this or any other service.
• Do not attempt to manipulate a rating or ranking position, including by connecting an account whose revenue is not yours.
• Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, impersonating, or malicious content.
• Treat every verified-record URL as private bearer access. Share it only with intended recipients, avoid personal or confidential information in the optional recipient label, and revoke it promptly if it is forwarded or no longer needed.
• Use a recipient's email for verified record access only when you are authorised to contact that person for the transaction or diligence process concerned.

Verification and removal

Listing approval, domain ownership, and revenue verification are separate decisions. Passing one does not grant another.

A listing may be edited, suspended, or removed where these terms are broken, where a claim cannot be verified, or where a destination becomes unsafe. Where practical you will be told why.

A verified record stops disclosing company and revenue details as soon as its live revenue verification is no longer current, even if the startup remains unlisted. Expired and revoked links disclose only their status and not the company they previously concerned.

Sponsored Spotlight

Sponsored placement is available to buy. It buys visibility only: it never changes a Market Momentum Rating, a ranking position, or verification status, and every sponsored placement is labelled as such.

A spot is bought outright at the price shown, and is held until another sponsor takes it. The sponsor it displaces is moved to the best free spot rather than losing their placement. The price is charged in full at checkout; where the payment provider settles in your local currency, the amount sponsored is recorded as the amount quoted.

Payment is taken by Dodo Payments. This service never receives or stores your card details. The amount paid is not refundable once a placement is live, because the placement is delivered immediately and cannot be returned. Where a placement fails to appear through a fault of the service, it will be corrected or refunded at the operator's discretion. A refunded or disputed payment removes the placement it paid for. Any statutory right you have that cannot be excluded is unaffected.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit. By submitting it you allow the service to display it publicly as part of your listing, and to store the derived figures needed to rank it.

Verified figures, ratings, and rankings computed by the service belong to the service and may be displayed and published.

You may display the signed badge code issued for your startup. You must not alter the badge, obscure its verification state, reuse it for another business, or present an unavailable badge as a current verified claim.

You may create and revoke verified-record links for your own startup, including while it is unlisted. A recipient label is text you provide and must not impersonate a person, disclose sensitive personal information, or misrepresent the record's intended audience.

No warranty and limits

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Ratings, rankings, and figures may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong, and reliance on them is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost business arising from use of the service.

Ending your use

You may stop at any time by disconnecting your provider and requesting deletion. The operator may suspend or end access where these terms are broken.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
